Our Branch

The kenshis of Silicon Valley Branch practice Shorinji Kempo at a dojo on the grounds of the beautiful Nichiren Buddhist Temple in Campbell, California. The practice schedule is as follows:

The adult class:
- Wednesdays 7-9PM
- Saturdays 5:50 PM-8PM

* There is an additional monthly practice day for black belts on the second Monday of the month 7-9PM starting in February.

The children's class
- Saturdays from 4:50 PM-6PM

There is a slight overlap of the Saturday class schedule for the children and adult class due to the mandatory meditation ritual chinkon-gyo, which all kenshis participate in simultaneously. Spectators who wish to watch practice may do so from a backroom open for viewing.
