Shorinji Kempo Silicon Valley has been practicing in the San Jose area for more than 20 years. This martial arts group is lead by Katsuya Hirayama Sensei, 7th dan, and has studied Shorinji Kempo since he was in high school.

He has been in the United States since 1984 teaching Shorinji Kempo and has enjoyed sharing this wonderful style with the people of the area.
